2️⃣ Padding/ Buffer Time

Everyone needs some breaks. And the ways of handling work differ from person to person. So, we are planning to add a padding time and or buffer time that the admin can set. This way, the appointment schedule will be more conventional for the admin.

3️⃣ Prevent Last-minute Bookings

In some cases, it's important to join meetings on-time. Also, joining late may create some issues. This feature will allow the participants to avoid joining the meeting at the last minute.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

The idea for WP Timetics sparked on September 01, 2022, during a team discussion at Arraytics. We were exploring the market and kept seeing the same pattern—businesses were forced to pay high prices for appointment booking plugins, and yet many essential features were locked behind expensive add-ons.

That didn’t sit right with us.

So we asked ourselves, “What if we built a complete appointment booking solution that included everything users actually need—right out of the box?”

That question became the foundation of WP Timetics—a powerful, all-in-one appointment booking plugin with no hidden costs and no extra add-ons. Just everything you need, in one place.

What problem is your product solving and how?

WP Timetics solves the problem of complicated and expensive appointment booking systems.

Many plugins charge extra for basic features like team management, calendar sync, or recurring bookings. Others are hard to set up or don’t support one-to-many meetings properly.

We are primarily looking to gain awareness and support from the AppSumo campaign. We want to introduce WP Timetics to a wider audience and help businesses get a complete and affordable appointment solution.

At the same time, we also hope to generate good sales through this campaign. The revenue will help us grow WP Timetics even more—by adding new features, improving performance, and making it the best booking plugin for WordPress.

What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?

For customers, we’ll listen to their feedback and keep improving WP Timetics based on real user needs.

For the cash, we’ll reinvest it to grow the product—add new features, improve performance, and offer better support.
