Hi I raised a request to upgrade my account from Level 5 to 6 but no action has been taken after 3 days. I was told a 24 hour response but no update.
Please get my account upgraded to Level 6

I am currently a Level 5 member. Didn't you say that upgrading to Level 5 would automatically make me a Level 6 member? Yet, I am still at Level 5.

I want to clarify that my low rating is based on my experience working with Cyrillic-language content. If English is your native language, or if your clients are primarily English-speaking, this may be a great app that delivers everything it promises. Feel free to buy it and test it for yourself. :)

However, based on my experience with WPAutoBlog, the app is not useful for users or clients who work in Cyrillic languages. I tested Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Serbian, and Russian, and the results were very disappointing.

For example, in Pro Keywords, the default keyword is “hiking shoes” with English selected. When you search, you get six pages of keyword suggestions.

But if you translate the same phrase into any of the languages mentioned above, you get only one result—the exact same query you entered—or, at best, six results in Serbian.

When I tested the Ukrainian word for “kettle,” the tool returned only a list of brands and model numbers, such as “Bosch 1010,” etc. There were no useful keyword variations like “electric kettle,” “kettle with LED light,” and so on.

Searches also often ended with an error:

Failed to load: Unexpected token 'I', "Internal S"... is not valid JSON

For Russian, this error occurred on 100% of my searches. Ukrainian worked slightly better, but usually returned only a single result. The other languages did not produce errors, but the keyword suggestions were still far too limited to be useful.

I identified a pattern behind when this error occurs, but there is no point going into the technical details here. I contacted support and was told that the issue only happens when Russian is selected. However, my testing showed that the problem is broader than that.

More than two weeks have passed, and no one from support has followed up to clarify the situation.
I purchased five codes and, unfortunately, I have to request a refund for all of them.

That said, I wish the WPAutoBlog team and all AppSumo users success.

Update:

Well, I have to add to my review.
First, let’s look at the description posted here on AppSumo: “Support 42 languages…,” “Conduct thorough keyword research…,” “Full support... focus keywords with our plugin for a seamless workflow.”

Additionally, all the languages I mentioned are available to select from the menu when searching for those keywords on their website.
I tried generating a couple of articles without keywords, but the text I received was completely unrelated to the topic and included English words mixed in.

I received a stern email from them asking me to remove my review, but the only thing I can do here is remove one star from the rating. And I think that’s fair.
