It is very raw I ask for a refund. You may have a decent worpress plugin and other people may rave about it, as many people have left you great reviews, but for me it was a struggle from the get-go to try to utilize wpDataTables. Items not showing up so I can do further configurations, can't easily make changes, and overall disappointing user experience. I read a lot of your documentation and watch a lot of your videos and tried to emulate what I read and saw and was not successful. I saw your showcase items and was hopeful that I could create something similar to a couple of them that I saw and liked, but so disappointed that I couldn't even get a basic table created. I currently use TablePress and they have some features I wish you had, but it looked like you had other features that I thought might surpass TablePress but again so disappointed. And yes I even asked questions in your support forum but I just don't have time to sit and wait for answers. So unfortunately I have to break up with you wpDataTables - I wish you well.
