Q: Hi, I have a few questions for you.

- Has there been any major updates since the last announcement on 26 July 2021, and if so what were the major changes?

- On your last deal, a fellow AppSumo buyer said that the credit limits of 70 were way too low, now this deal starts at 50 - what has changed since then to justify a drop in already low credits?

- I see you offer free credits in exchange for positive reviews, do AppSumo purchasers also get free credits for positive reviews?

- Where do you plan to go with this tool, will it have the same features as something like Frase?

- The AI content, compared to my other tools, is outputting low-quality content - is there a way to prevent this from coming out of our word limit?

- Can you give me a detailed explanation of what 'keyword credits' are used for and how much is used per action?

I'm just trying to figure out why you dropped the credit limits even further than the previous deal, when the feedback was that they were too low, surely if you're listening to customer feedback you would have kept/increased the limits?

I understand that as a product grows and improves the more value it provides, so I'm interested to hear what has changed between that deal and this deal to justify a drop?

I can see there were some small improvements over this time but nothing significant.

I'm interested in this deal, and hopefully, you can answer all my questions so I can join the community.

A: Hi Technical_SEO,

Thanks for your questions, allow me to clear it as follows:

1) Yes, we have updated many major features that you can see in our dashboard now, including recommended workflows for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users, AI writings, NLP analysis, ESKP, and a more upgraded golden filter (which is superior to the old KGR)...etc.

2. Every deal we send out has its own mission and based on our records, not many users go over their monthly limit every month. Therefore, this time we have decided to change the limit according to popular use and design it into many levels so that the user can choose and decide which one is most suitable for their usage.

3) The campaign is only available on some of the platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, G2 Crowd, Trustpilot, Capterra, and Twitter. Please check our dashboard for additional information on reviewing WriterZen on one or all of the platforms.

4) We do not compare what is next with what other competitors are doing. However, we consider what our popular users want and how well it functions within our system since we do not wish to build a tool the same way as others and suffer bugs continuously.

5) We are still in the beta version at the present, but based on feedback we have received from our users, we have not encountered any problems yet. If you do not find our artificial intelligence to be of value to you, we totally understand it, and from time to time, we will continue to get more feedback from users and improve it in our next version.

6) Our keyword research tool (kw explorer and importer) utilizes a credit system, in particular for the All-in-title and cluster features. Credits are determined by the plan you choose, and your keyword credit will be updated each month on the date you activated your account. All-in-title searches cost one credit each, which is limited to 25,000 credits per month, and therefore, to 25,000 words per month (tier 1, for example). The process is similar to the Cluster function.

Moreover, we believe that we do listen to our beloved customers regarding their requests for features and what would be beneficial to both of us, meaning both the customer and the company. Compared to our subscription, the pricing we have offered this time is already our best value package.

Once again, thank you for your support, but if you find that the limit is not quite what you expected, we understand if we cannot meet your expectations and lose out on a potential customer. Perhaps, in the future, we can see you join us in this journey!

Thank you for your response, you answered all my questions, I'll be purchasing this deal.

Just a quick add-on question.

Can you explain the differences between these:

50 keyword lookups per day
I can check 50 keywords per day?

25,000 keyword credits per month
I can check 25,000 keywords per month?

Can you give me 2 use-cases to show practically how these credits will be used, and how much each action costs too, please?

Hi Technical_SEO,

Sure, I can do that.
1) A keyword lookup refers to the number of keywords you can search in 24 hours. Each day, you will be reimbursed for the value that varies based on the plan you've chosen.
The function is similar to that of the Topic Look Up and Plagiarism Checker.
- Yes, basically you can search 50 keywords per day.

2) Our keyword research tool (keyword explorer and keyword importer) uses a credit system, especially for the All-in-title and cluster feature. The credit system depends on the plan you choose, and your keyword credit will be replenished every month on the day that you activated your plan. All-in-title searches cost one credit each, which is limited to 25,000 credits per month, 25,000 words per month (Tier 1 for example). It works similarly to the Cluster function.

For instance:
The keyword explorer tool requires that you enter a seed keyword - I chose wedding planning in this case - and then run the data based upon your chosen location and language. We will retrieve and look into Google's database to return results for your keyword input. Took a while for loading, now we have 4000 keywords in your result data, once you enable golden filter (you will see allintitle and golden score number), your monthly credit will be deducted by 4000 credits, and the keyword you were looking up will be decreased by 1.
monthly credit: 25,000 - 4,000 = 21,000 credits in your remain.
daily credit: 50 - 1 = 40 credits in your remain.
Hope it makes sense.

Thank you for your help and detailed explanation, I am now a customer.

We are pleased to have you aboard!
Please have a look at our sample case if you prefer to read it and our recommended workflow series if you would like a visual explanation. It's all located in Writerzen's dashboard.
