Unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming. The keyword tool, which was a primary reason for my purchase, failed to deliver usable keywords. This was a significant disappointment as I had high expectations from this feature. Additionally, I experimented with the AI Writer, but the content it generated felt outdated and didn't meet current market standards. Overall, WriterZen did not meet my needs as advertised, particularly in its keyword research capabilities, which was a major letdown.

I did ask for a refund as advertised within a couple of days and got it denied.
