Why is it that with Tier 2 you get LESS than with tier one?

Signing up for tier 2 I would expect at least equal to tier one if not more for adding a second level. It seems to work itself out for tiers 3 and above.

for examples:

tier 1 = 50 key words per day
tier 2 = only 75
not 100 as it should be for a double pricing.

words checked per day:
tier 1 = 25,000
tier 2 = 40,000 instead of 50,000

Again, when you go to tier 3 and above, it reflects properly as a tier by tier increase basically stacking the tiers.

Why are you making people lose out on a proper tier 2?
