I like WriteZen more and more each time I use it and I am at the level where I like it a lot. The UI is clean and fast and the navigation is easy and clear; I am still finding areas within the functionality about which I did not know and which are found to be hidden gems.

The level of research functionality available is huge; there are many other tools out there offering similar kinds of research – one or two of which I previously used – and I have now stopped using all of them in favour of WriterZen; particularly as WriterZen offers some very unique functions which I am enjoying using.

The “workflow” for producing, in my case, a new blog article is handled really well and one is led down a path from step to step using what was the result of the previous step until ultimately without seemingly much effort there materialises a fantastic blog outline and an extremely focussed list of low competition, high value long tail keywords to use in the blog prose. There is no doubt in my mind that using WriterZen has significantly reduced my time and effort researching and outlining my blog articles.

In my opinion anyone spending time researching topics and questions in order to create articles or web site content will seriously benefit from using WriterZen in time and therefore cost as well.

Looking at the non-AppSumo pricing model it is clear that the offer and what is included – for life – is extremely generous. My company is not huge and we have not yet come close to hitting the per-month limits as yet. This may change as we are doing more and more within WriterZen now!

Understandably with the level of features available within the tool comes a certain amount of required education. It will be possible to navigate around WriterZen and learn as you go but the danger is that important and powerful features could be missed or misunderstood. I chose to watch the training videos which I easily found on an extremely large and well known video website – yes, you know the one! I also subscribed to the WriterZen channel on that site too ready for more videos when they are produced.

I have had visibility of the road map and clearly the speed of development is impressive. I am genuinely excited about the introduction of GPT3 based AI in WriterZen as I already use another GPT3 AI tool to generate content. Being able to automatically get short-form headings, titles and suggestions (I hope!) within the same environment will be a big benefit.

The only request I have so far – and it is a tiny thing – is that I would like to see more Tooltips within the interface for when the mouse pointer is moved over a widget on the screen. It would offer quick and focussed short feedback to the user. If more information is required there is always the Help function.

In summary, if you are in the space of SEO research or anything to do with content creation this tool will potentially save you hours of work and therefore money. Buy it. Buy it now!
