Q: I've tried to use some other AI platforms to translate and transcribe from Korean to English.
Unfortunately it was almost 100% nonsense translations (not even close to accurate). Can your platform do a reasonable job to translate Korean to English?

Q: what is done with the content ran in the audio?
Shared? Deleted? Rights given away?

A: Hey! We don't do anything with the content from the audio. 99% of the audio uploaded is published publicly. The content lives inside your account for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, the content is deleted.
Q: Hi, do you have plans (2) to be able to add custom spelling of certain words including names, places, and ...
other proper nouns that the AI might trip over? And, (2) to set up custom prompts to save retyping them over and over. The latter more important than the former. And (3), to save text variations created by rewriting or at least to be able to recover the original version?

Do YouTube videos have to be downloaded to our local machines for transcription, or is it done in the cloud?

Q: what exactly counts agsains your monthly time credits?
is it the file time length only? or for example if you ask it to rewrite five paragraphs in another tone does that count against your minutes?
