I've been looking for an all in one solution for marketing, and Xamtac seems interesting. I have a couple of questions:
1) Can Xamtax fully replace another email marketing platform? As in, I can create email marketing campaigns for both existing clients, and a general prospect list of people who have signed up to receive newsletters from me, but aren't clients. I ask because I was watching your introduction video and I saw it says this can link to Mail Chimp. I thought Xamtax would replace Mail Chimp. Am I wrong about that?
2) Will it work along side a Practice management software? I have all of my clients in my existing PM software. Thing is, that software is not a great CRM, not even a real CRM at all. But its perfect for my client task management. So I am wondering how that would look to use both systems together.

So even the top tier is very limited at 15 connections, if you have 5 clients with 3 connections each (Google, Meta, and Bing), you are already out maxed out of the top tier available on AppSumo, correct? If so, not really a great package for agencies.

A: Great questions. The SMS add-on upon request is if you need a brand new SMS number for your marketing. It needs to be registered and set up properly for you to be able to be 100% compliant. If you already have a Twilio SMS number, then the number is already registered, and you can just connect it to Xamtac and start using it.

I didn't see Companies mentioned in your plans. I'm a solopreneur backed up by a few freelancers and I have multiple websites for different services I provide, with totally separate branding / industry as not all services are related to each other.
A: Great Question! Yes, this can be used for multiple companies and clients. We have an agency dashboard as well that is specifically made to have sub-accounts for different clients to keep everything super organized. Most clients are FB, IG, YT and Google if necessary. So that's 3-4 required profiles per client.

Will we have the ability to white label, custom branding (Colors, fonts, logo) and CNAME subdomain?
Contact upload to CRM via CSV? That's a must have. A CRM that claims we can send mail directly from the platform, but only offers connections to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc for import options. That's a little confusing.
Finally, you say 250k emails/mo in T4, but testing out on a trial shows we can connect to our own MX/DKIM records. Would that not bypass your limits in place of our sending host and send from Xamtac? (SparkPost, etc).

I am not a marketer but a solopreneuer. Outside of me paying for ads on from the advertising platforms, Goog, Meta, X, etc, what other costs should I consider/that you impose? Again, not experienced here so please provide ANY other additional costs I should consider if I buy the product? Thanks
A: Thanks for your question. We currently don't have a direct integration with GrowCRM, but we do have an API and a Zapier connection that allow us to send those informations over to Xamtac. On top of that, we'd be more than happy to set up a meeting, and our development team can set up a custom connection for your company. We are working on adding more CRM integrations to Xamtac, and we'll make sure GrowCRM is one of them.
Currently, we don't allow for locally hosted options.

So far everything I've seen seems excellent, I'm very excited. I just wish I could have the possibility of having the Spanish language. Will you add Spanish at some point and if so, when will you do it?

If a user want to use this as an Agency Analytics or Oviond alternative, usually there is no limit with connections.
