Great questions. The SMS add\u002Don upon request is if you need a brand new SMS number for your marketing. It needs to be registered and set up properly for you to be able to be 100% compliant. If you already have a Twilio SMS number, then the number is already registered, and you can just connect it to Xamtac and start using it.
