Here's the thing that made us build this.

Almost every cold email tool on the market is built around two jobs: send the email, catch the reply. That's it. And on paper, that's all you need until you realize that none of it matters if your domain reputation is bad. You can write the best sequence of your life, load a perfect list, and every single one of those emails quietly lands in spam. The tool will still show you "sent." It just won't tell you that nobody saw it.

We watched this happen over and over. The sending was never the hard part. Protecting the thing that makes sending work your domain and your sender reputation was the hard part, and it was the part nobody was building for.

So we built xemailcampaign around deliverability first, and made the campaign features fit around it instead of the other way around.

What makes it different

Warmup is bundled in you're not paying for a second tool. But we did two things with it that I haven't seen anywhere else:

ESP targeted warmup. You choose which email service provider your sender warms up on. If most of your prospects are on Microsoft 365, warm up on M365 only. Your reputation gets built where it actually needs to exist, not spread thin across inboxes your prospects don't use.

Template warmup. You can set the same templates you're using in your live campaign as your warmup templates. So it isn't just your sender and your domain getting warmed up your actual copy is too, before it ever goes out at volume.

What's next

Two things we're building:

Inbox Placement Testing at the campaign level. Before you launch a campaign, run an IPT and see where that campaign is actually going to land. Not a guess a test, on the campaign you're about to send.

Agentic AI campaigns. Tell it your objective, your company, and your target audience. It builds out multiple campaigns for you sequences filled in, variants chosen from what's actually pulling the highest reply rates. You review and launch instead of starting from a blank editor.
