Q: 1) I want my clients to see all their open jobs and the responses to those jobs in a White Label experience.
Is this possible?
2) I know you've explained that 5 codes is Cname, and 10 is WL, but what is the difference? Is the platform my team uses also branded (url and logo)?
3) Any plans for non-video responses and response grading?

Aug 7, 2024A: White Labeling: we remove our branding from candidate pages and shareable links that clients see. This ensures that candidates interact solely with your branding and custom URL on application pages and shared links. However, our logo remains visible only in the admin panel where you manage the platform. Only you and your team members can see our logo there
CNAME: This feature allows you to use your custom domain for the interview platform. For example, instead of using www.xinterview.ai, you can use www.yourcompany.com. This enhances the professional appearance of your platform by utilizing your own domain.
Non-Video Responses: We are continuously working on expanding our platform's features. Non-video responses are a valuable suggestion, and we will definitely consider this feedback for future updates.
Hello, can we have our own favicon with the white labeling?
The option to add your own favicon with white labeling is currently in development. This feature will be available soon.

Jigar I second the request for just questions without video. I interview a lot of candidates in Philippines and find them very shy for interviews. Another option is to turn on or off the requirement for video another words the company can turn on to require a candidate record video or turn it to make it optional for video for a candidate.
your suggestion to allow companies to turn the video requirement on or off—or make it optional—could be a great addition. I’ll pass this feedback along to our development team for consideration in future updates.
