Q: Any user community anywhere?
Hi,
I've purchased your software almost 2 months ago now, and I've noticed something unusual compared to other platforms I've worked with. Most software companies maintain active communities on Discord, Skool, or private Facebook groups for example. Not you. I also haven't received any emails from you during this time – no updates, no news about new features, nothing at all.
Do you plan to keep your users informed by email in the future about fixes for the many bugs currently present in your software, as well as updates on the AI-powered features in test-phase you've been promising for the past 10 months?
