Can candidates do their interview on a desktop or mobile device without needing to download an app?
Can the initial email inviting candidates to a virtual interview be sent in another language by default? I noticed there’s a “Change language” option in the invitation email, but the default is English, can this be changed for a specific job opening?

Jan 23, 2026A: Candidates do not need to download any app to complete their interview. They can use either a desktop or a mobile device—simply open the interview link in a web browser and proceed.
Regarding language options, candidates can change the language during the interview process using the “Change language” option available on the page. Currently, we support over 40 languages, including English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, and Arabic.
In addition, you can edit the invitation email template from the Settings page and set the preferred language, so the email is sent in that language by default.
