Hi, Our hiring process is longer than 90 days, is there a way to download the video to have it on a folder ? Or can we extend the time of that person on the platform? When the 90 days past, everything from the candidate gets delete it, or just the video?

Yes, you can download the candidate’s video responses — the download feature is already available on the platform.
Regarding extending access beyond 90 days: in the current AppSumo plan, the default storage period is 90 days. However, you can contact our support team, and we can provide an add-on to increase your video storage duration. Only the video is removed after 90 days — the basic candidate profile remains.
