A: Yes, it is possible.

When creating a job, you can select the language (for example, Portuguese). The selected language becomes the default language for that job, and every time a candidate opens the job link, it will automatically load in that language. Candidates do not need to manually change anything.

The same applies to the dashboard. Once you select a dashboard language, it is automatically applied as the default language for the admin dashboard as well.

So, as long as the language is selected during job creation or dashboard setup, the system will automatically load the chosen language each time.
