Q: Comments after initial free trial
Hi there,
I signed up for the free trial to test the product a little bit.
Some areas that didn´t work smoothly and some questions here:
- I checked the email received by a candidate. I did that using Outlook installed on my mobile phone. When the email arrived, the message was pushed to the left side, very small and barely noticeable - unreadable. This may not happen on desktop (i don´t know) but it is happening in Outlook-mobile device. You may want to check that out, it isn´t right at the moment.
- I tried to book a demo via your website. I completed the form, clicked on send... and nothing happened. The green "message sent correctly" definitely popped up... BUT I didn´t receive anything in my inbox to follow up on. Still, you would expect a regular booking function here with a calendar-book the time
- UI needs a revamp for sure

Regarding the email display issue:
We use a standard industry format for our candidate emails, and on our end the formatting displays correctly. However, I will forward this to our technical team to review how the email renders on Outlook mobile specifically, as it should certainly display clearly across all devices. Thank you for pointing this out.
Regarding the demo booking form:
We did receive your submission. Our team has been extremely busy with Black Friday activity, which may be why the follow-up was delayed. They will get back to you soon to arrange a demo at your preferred time. Normally, demo requests are responded to very quickly, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding the UI:
Most users appreciate our simple and clutter-free design, but I fully respect your perspective. We continuously work on improving the interface on a regular basis, and your feedback will be taken into consideration for our next updates.
