Q: Email for the account
Once an XInterview account is created, is it possible to change the email address associated with the account at a later time?
Also, do we need to create the account using the same email address as the AppSumo account used to purchase the license, or can we use a different email?

Once an XInterview account is created, changing the email address directly from the account panel is not possible. This restriction is in place to protect account security. However, if you need to update the email address, our support team can assist you with this request.
Regarding the AppSumo license, you do not need to create your XInterview account using the same email address as your AppSumo account. You may sign up with any email address you prefer.
After signing up, simply go to the Billing page and redeem your AppSumo code. Our system will automatically apply the license and upgrade your plan accordingly.
