Why would you impose a limit? Are you open to changing it to be as long as needed? we do small case interviews to screen, 200 characters is no where near enough to ask the question. For our use case, it doesn't even provide enough space to ask our pretty basic questions.
Hi there, I signed up for the free trial to test the product a little bit. Some areas that didn´t work smoothly and some questions here: - I checked the email received by a candidate. I did that using Outlook installed on my mobile phone. When the email arrived, the message was pushed to the left side, very small and barely noticeable - unreadable. This may not happen on desktop (i don´t know) but it is happening in Outlook-mobile device. You may want to check that out, it isn´t right at the moment. - I tried to book a demo via your website. I completed the form, clicked on send... and nothing happened. The green "message sent correctly" definitely popped up... BUT I didn´t receive anything in my inbox to follow up on. Still, you would expect a regular booking function here with a calendar-book the time - UI needs a revamp for sure
Hi, a very interesting offering. I am looking forward to your responses to the recent questions about agency suitability and multi-tenancy. My main question is on workflow. Is it possible to collect the CV and only offer a video interview to certain candidates? The reason I ask this is because the way the workflow presently appears to me everyone is offered a video interview for that job posting. I would like to prevent someone from applying for a job with fake credentials to learn the questions and rehearse the questions ahead of time. And the best way to do that is by only sending a link to the video invite to people who we have screened through an initial CV review. Is it possible to send the invites for an asynchronous video interview only to approved candidates via a url thats unique to that invited candidate (prevents sharing?)
