Q: Question on workspaces and workflow

Hi, a very interesting offering. I am looking forward to your responses to the recent questions about agency suitability and multi-tenancy.

My main question is on workflow. Is it possible to collect the CV and only offer a video interview to certain candidates? The reason I ask this is because the way the workflow presently appears to me everyone is offered a video interview for that job posting. I would like to prevent someone from applying for a job with fake credentials to learn the questions and rehearse the questions ahead of time. And the best way to do that is by only sending a link to the video invite to people who we have screened through an initial CV review.

Is it possible to send the invites for an asynchronous video interview only to approved candidates via a url thats unique to that invited candidate (prevents sharing?)

thank you, are the links I send (or that are automatically sent by the system) to shortlisted candidates one-time use only? Meaning, can that link be tracked back to that candidate, (so that the link is only good for one interview attempt) vs one link being sent to all shortlisted candidates? thank you!

Thank you for your question! Each candidate gets a unique, one-time use link for their interview, which cannot be reused once completed. You can send links in bulk or enter emails manually. SMTP can be set up to send via your mail server, or you can use a custom domain instead of xinterview.ai for better branding.

You can send interview links to candidates in 3 ways:
Common link – share or publish on job portals; anyone can apply and start the interview.
Individual link – enter name & email for shortlisted candidates; each gets a unique link.
Bulk upload – upload a CSV of shortlisted candidates; the platform sends unique links to each automatically.
