Q: Support? and clarification

I don’t understand why you’re saying that we can manage as many clients as we need. I’m currently testing a trial account, and during the Xinterview signup process it requires entering an Organization name. This Organization name is what candidates see when they receive an invitation, so it makes sense that it should match the organization name that is hiring. However, the admin panel does not allow us to modify the organization name.

The link you provided above for the Help Center returns a 404 error. Where can we access the help documentation?

The platform is designed for agencies to manage multiple clients with ease. As an agency, you can post jobs and collect candidate responses on behalf of your clients, then share shortlisted candidate profiles using unique links. These links allow your clients to view candidate videos, CVs, leave comments, and review applications without needing to log in. Many agencies are already using the platform this way and are very satisfied with how it works.

You can update the company (organization) name at any time by going to the Settings page and editing the name as needed.
