Here’s how it works:

1. What do we mean by "responses"?
Responses refer to candidates who complete the application process. Each completed application counts as one response. The monthly response limit is the total number of responses across all your job postings — not per job. This means the limit applies to the combined responses from all candidates across every job in your account within that month.

2. How will candidate applications work?
Every recruiter has a different approach, and the choice is entirely yours:

⦿ You can ask candidates to apply directly through Xinterview, or

⦿ You can first shortlist candidates from platforms like Naukri or other sources, and then invite only selected candidates to apply via Xinterview.

The platform is built to be flexible so that you can adapt it to your preferred hiring workflow.

3. What happens after you reach the response limit?
Once you’ve used up the allotted responses for your plan, you will not be able to receive further applications under that plan. At that point, you have two options:

⦿ Purchase additional codes and upgrade your plan (if you are still on the AppSumo lifetime deal), or

⦿ Upgrade to a higher subscription plan once we fully transition to the subscription model.
