1-which tier to have whatsapp?
2-can we bulk invite with whatsapp?
3-which benefits of using SMTP? and Customizable Email Templates, does your system do not send invites in tier 1?

Thank you for your questions. Currently, WhatsApp is not supported, but it is on our roadmap. We’ll make sure to notify you as soon as it’s released.
Regarding SMTP features, starting from Plan 2, you have the option to integrate your own SMTP and use customizable email templates. This allows all emails and invitations to be sent from your own domain using your branded email. If you’re on Tier 1, emails and invitations are sent through our system using our default email address.
