This software is helping cut through a lot of applicants. AI recruitment software has taken over everyone from Zoho to a boat load of smaller entrants to the field. I've had my issues with many of them, but so far Xinterview has worked out. Though they've done a good job on their UX/UI, AI moves quickly, and I hope they integrate some features already trickling through this sphere of reality , like:
