Vibe coded for 1 week and then abandoned?

I have to say I'm genuinely disappointed by what I need to write as a review for this application.

I've reported about fifty bugs and improvement suggestions. Each time, I was received very courteously by the person responding on the app's chat. But beyond that, not a single problem—and I mean not one of the fifty issues and suggestions I've submitted over nearly two months of use—has been implemented. Not one. And that's telling of a product that's been abandoned.

To give you an idea of what this means, 50 bugs or improvements to implement means that practically every time you click on the application, there's something that's broken, something that's not done correctly, or something that could be done much better. I can't believe I'm the only one who's told them about all these issues. So I think their strategy is to wait until the end of the 60-day period to promise improvements they have absolutely no intention of implementing.

Two months ago, I was told that in December 2025, a major update would be released with tons of AI-powered features 🎉 A month later, nothing at all. Nothing. Not a single new feature, not one email sent to users. Nothing whatsoever.

I tried contacting the founder on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and by email 2 months ago. Same thing—nothing at all. Not a single response. Even the guy's photo looks like an AI-generated portrait. It's very suspicious.

I find it particularly surprising to see so many positive reviews for an application that has this many bugs and is missing so many improvements.

We respectfully disagree with this characterization and would like to clarify a few important points.

First, our team has consistently offered to arrange a one-on-one call or demo with our founding team to address your concerns in detail. This invitation was shared multiple times through our support channel. Unfortunately, we did not receive a confirmation from your side to proceed with that discussion.

Regarding the 60-day refund claim, it’s important to clarify that purchases occur continuously each day, making it impractical to track or delay actions based on individual refund timelines. More importantly, the lifetime deal is not a revenue-focused offering for us. A significant portion of the deal value is absorbed by AppSumo, and we retain only a small share. We chose to proceed with this model because we genuinely value early adopters and the feedback they provide, which plays a critical role in shaping the product.

Regarding your feedback: while we genuinely appreciate the time you took to share it, the majority of the items reported were already present on the platform, or were feature requests and future enhancements rather than critical bugs. That said, we have been actively fixing issues and rolling out improvements. We typically release updates every 15 days, and several new features and fixes have already been deployed during your usage period.

On the topic of the founder’s profile image: the use of AI-enhanced professional images is a common and accepted practice across the industry and does not indicate anything suspicious or misleading.

As for direct contact with the founding team, we have not found any LinkedIn connection requests, messages, or emails from your end. Additionally, founding team members do not publicly share WhatsApp numbers, so it would not be possible to contact them through that channel. It’s possible there was a misunderstanding or an attempt to contact someone else by mistake. Throughout this time, however, our support team has remained responsive and has repeatedly suggested a direct call to walk through features, the product roadmap, and ongoing progress in detail.

We truly appreciate your continued support. If there's ever anything else you need, we're just a message away!

Best regards,
The XInterview Team
