- Before they can be viewed, our provider must process and encode them.

- During this period, videos may take extra time to appear, but they are not lost — they’re simply in the final stages of processing.

We’ve already escalated this with our video provider, and they are optimizing their encoding pipeline to prevent future delays. We are also reviewing additional measures on our side to ensure faster and more reliable video handling.
