this accelerated our screenshot process by a lot, it works with shortcuts and would be probably the best app out there if you want to screnshot and share it, also the copy screenshot feature is the best feature to me as I can paste it everywhere quickly. I bought 2 licenses.

Worth at this price But better options available in market where we get lots of features ..

I did not realise how much time I was wasting wrangling screenshots until I tried Xnapper… and honestly, it has paid for itself in the first week. The automatic text transcription is the killer feature. I grab a screenshot, Xnapper quietly pulls the text out with surprising accuracy, and I am straight into pasting, searching, or actioning without retyping a thing. Meeting notes, error messages, UI copy, chat snippets… all instantly usable.

The polish is there too. Clean interface, sensible shortcuts, smart defaults. It feels fast and dependable… the kind of tool you forget about because it just works. I have thrown awful low contrast screenshots at it and it still nails the text more often than not. Little touches like quick annotations and tidy exports round it out so I am not bouncing between apps.

Bottom line… Xnapper has saved me hours and reduced a bunch of boring admin to a two click habit. If screenshots are part of your day, this is a no brainer. Five stars from me… easy recommendation.
