Unfortunately unreliable - support does not respond
Basically, it works well. When it works.
However, I always get a time-out error in over 80% of cases.
Although I have contacted support several times, I get no response.
The error is neither rectified nor do I get any information about what is happening.
This is very unsatisfactory. I would like to use the software professionally.
But this makes the product (almost) unusable for me.
What a pity...
