A: Great question! You can definitely create fillable forms and templates in Xtensio, like resumes or worksheets, for your clients to complete. There are a few ways you can approach this:
Client Creates Their Own Account: Share your template with clients via a link. They can create their own Xtensio account, duplicate the template, and work on it independently. Once they’re done, they can export...
No Xtensio logos are displayed on shared view-only versions of your work. However, if you add others as guest collaborators or team member editors, they will log in to Xtensio’s editor, where the Xtensio logo is visible by default.
If you’re on Tier 4, you can replace the Xtensio logo with your own branding for a more customized experience.
Q: Can I create sharable Canva-like templates in Xtensio?
I want to create social media and ads templates for businesses with beautiful visual highlights of the contents. How can I get businesses to purchase and have access to the templates like I curretly do with Canva templates?
A: Absolutely! You can create a template in Xtensio, publish it with a live link, and even password-protect it if you’d like. To sell access, you can list the template on your website or platforms like Gumroad.
Once someone makes a purchase, you just share the live link (and the password, if applicable) with them. If your sales platform supports it, you can also redirect customers directly to the...
Q: Custom domain/subdomain applies to documents but not to workspaces
Greetings,
Our non-profit organization recently purchased the Tier 4 license, drawn by the promise of its custom domain/subdomain feature. While this works beautifully for documents, we were surprised to find that workspaces still use the Xtensio subdomain in their URLs:
myname.xtensio.com/folder/(workspacename)
Extending the custom domain feature to workspaces would greatly enhance the white-labeling experience for organizations like ours, particularly those aiming to provide a seamless, branded interface for team members and collaborators.
Would Xtensio consider adding this functionality to its Roadmap?
A: Thank you for your feedback and for being a Tier 4 user! You’re right—custom domains currently apply only to published folios, while workspace URLs remain under the Xtensio subdomain. Extending this to workspaces is a feature we’ve heard requests for before, and we’re exploring ways to make this possible in the future.
That said, implementing this poses technical challenges due to the...
Hello, I have a beauty brand and want to know how I could use this to build my email list. I don't have a lot of experience with any design; my beauty brand website is run on Shopify e-commerce. How could this help me with lead magnets and building an email list? Thanks.
A: Here’s how Xtensio can help you grow your email list and engage with potential customers: 1. Create Valuable Resources Use our templates or start from scratch to design a resource (like a guide or checklist) that your potential customers would find useful. 2. Currently i'm doing my client presentations and proposals in Notion (i'm a heavy user, my website is built over Notion). I'm interested to use Xtensio to use templates and a more polished presentation, with CNAME and password access (so i'm considering Tier 4, to make Xtensio also available for some of my clients). My question: are you considering adding an integration of Notion, as you are planning to add Google Sheet ? If there would be a clean way to present databases from Notion in Xtensio, that would be fantastic ! Another question is about the integration of a custom Chatbot on the site / page: is it possible to add custom code to the header of the page ? Ah, and another question: will you support custom CSS ? Thanks for your answer.
A: 1. Integration with Notion We know how important Notion is for managing and sharing content. While we don’t have a direct integration just yet, you can embed Notion content into your folios using iframe embeds. A Notion integration is already on our roadmap, and we’d love to hear more about your use case to ensure we build something that works perfectly for you. Let us know if you’d like to set...
Thanks for your answer. In fact, Notion does not provide a native embed possibility - it's not possible to embed a Notion page or base with an iframe (there are some tools out there to do it, but it's costly). The ideal would be: - use Notion DB's in the same way as the coming Google Sheet integration: display the data in a table. Question: how to handle linked tables, lookups ?
Thank you for clarifying! A Notion database integration, similar to the upcoming Google Sheets feature, is very much in line with our current thinking. Displaying data in tables and managing linked tables or lookups is definitely on our radar as we explore this integration further. But we don't have the details just yet.
Your input is super helpful—thank you for sharing!
Other questions regarding Notion: how to display the page content of a database entry ? For the Chatbots: i use mainly InsertChat & Chatnode (they where here on Appsumo). But i'm using also other tools where i need to inject code in the header (like a popup).
Thank you! Displaying Notion database entries is something we’ll explore as part of our Notion integration plans (TBD). InsertChat and Chatnode are great suggestions—I’ll pass them to the team as we work on enabling chatbot embeds. While script injections aren’t allowed, we’re aiming to allow more options soon. I’d love to connect with you in Xtensio to get more details about your use cases.
Q: Fillable Forms
Hello, will I be able to create Fillable forms/templates such as resumes that clients can complete and print as well as course books/worksheets?
Thank you

Thanks for the clarification, Alper.
We would be more than happy to pay an additional fee to include this feature, or even to contribute to "crowd-funding" its development.
Best Wishes.
Thank you for your kind offer and understanding.
