This was OK for a startup company at the beginning, and I got a few images for different sites.

Now, even the FREE images require a subscription to get the image.

AppSumo needs to vet these companies better and if they pull this kind of scam, immediately put up a warning on the site.

I also received a letter claiming something about Copyright infringement. I have gotten the image via this AppSumo Deal. Now, when to trying access the https://yayimages.com/profile/downloads area, so I can show proof, I get a 500 Server Error.
It seems this website is dead and they try to extort money for their last Hurray!. Give me access to my downloads so I can make my case!
AppSumo, you should really step in and protect your loyal buyers from companies like these!

It's not free, only some images are free but most images are paid.
Even though I have redeemed the code it still tells me I'm on the free plan and need to pay to get the unlimited or lifetime bundle. You won't find a difference between a free account and Appsumo free deal. It feels almost like scam.

Yeah it's free and you won't find a difference between a free account and Appsumo free deal. All free images are free and don't make sense to have a appsumo deal.

The advertised free download option appears to be unavailable. An upgrade to a paid plan is required to access the download functionality, which contradicts the initial promotional material.

I got notified by copytrack that their client, YayImages, said I was using an image without permission and I should pay 350 euros. I got it from another stock photo dealer - it’s available at at least 3 I know of, including DepositPhotos - and proving this was very simple, but time consuming. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. They’re hoping you didn’t save anything to prove you have the rights to the image and will just settle to make it go away.

I thought this was a great deal then I started getting copytrack notifications for photos that are available on their site and many others which I have legitimately bought. It's so scammy to go after your own customers. While they like to comment here that there's nothing to worry about if you aren't doing anything wrong, I'm a small business owner with little time and these take time to respond to. I have stopped responding to them at this point... so I guess we'll see if they sue their own customer for using their images. What a joke! Keep away from this shady operator

Advise you guys to stay away from Yayimages as long as they keep using CopyTrack to track any infringements. A quick google about these 2 companies will show you how many innocent people had been "threatened" with lawsuits. Seems like CopyTrack had been sending out mass emails to these people who had stock photos from other companies and looks like a "scammy" way to get money out of others rather than a legit business.

Very limited free . I thought it was awesome until I looked for images.. Free part not good.

I tried it, unfortunately the Free videos is super limited and bad quality, for example, you can try to search Amsterdam, filter free & video, you will find only 1 bad footage...
This deal is not good at all for video, and also did not really bring any actual value to us, anybody can claim their Startup "deal", quite a bait here.

I very rarely find interesting images here, and on top of that I just received LAWSUITS for using a legally uploaded image on my website.

I was surprised at the quality of the images that were available. Even though it’s only 10 downloads per day as a Solo Entrepreneur it is sufficient for my needs.

even though its free youve made redeeming a cluster nightmare. Why is it so so hard to use the app? how about a portal for free AppSumo users. It is to me like you are hoping we fall intp paying? whats really going on here.
