WordPress export tool is part of Yazo, so it's not a plugin. It allows you to export your generated content to your website in 1 click!
To use it, simply generate a new application password in your WordPress settings, copy it, and paste it in Yazo's integration settings.
Once you do that, whenever you click on WordPress icon in Yazo text editor you'll be able to automatically publish your generated text on your website in a single click.

Will it be published in a form of a blog post? can it be a WP page?
Yes, your generated content will be published in a form of a blog post. You will be able to edit it in WordPress Gutenberg block editor. You can tell Yazo if you want publish it or save it as draft.
