I posted this before and it was never answered...
1) For those of us that have multiple Yodel accounts (for different business), do you have plans to allow us to simultaneously login and easily toggle between them (similar to how you can toggle when logged in to multiple slack accounts) on your site and on the upcoming stand-alone app?
Currently there is no recommended way to use multiple Yodel accounts at the same time. Best is to store your passwords with auto-fill and logout from the call interface after answering a call. The app will be single user.
Q: This is probably the most disappointing AppSumo deal since I found AppSumo.
I've spent hundreds with AppSumo and Briefcase. I am extremely, extremely disappointed by the $7/yr offer. I thought it was $7/mo when I bought it and still thought that was disappointing but maybe it wouldn't be too hard to fill in the gaps.
This just seems like a half-hearted cash grab. Sucks, because the idea of switching our whole team to Yodel for Slack was very tempting!
Bonnie, I am really sorry you think this is a bad deal. Try to do the math, compare with other phone systems and you will see that the deal is really good. Yodel is not a typical SaaS that provides you with a bit of server capacity but we have real costs to cover from the deal ...
I've been diving in deeper the last fews day and with free integrations like DialogFlow and QnAmaker I am definitely feeling the value.

The video above is not helpful. It looks like google voice but maybe with some extra features. I think it would have been much more helpful if you had a good video explainer. Does the virtual assistant feature actually answers with speech and understands speech enough to respond?
It’s phone calls in Slack combined with the possibility of speech recognition and speech synthesis. Together with Dialogflow you can build yourself a virtual assistant!
