I love this! Ive been looking for exactly this solution literally the last 2 weeks. Only alternative product similar was incredibly buggy and support almost non existent (ott) We already rely heavily on slack and didnt want to have the team distracted with 'another' system...much better to handle within slack.

Ive been trialling a few products recently and the last one I tried was going to cost me $50 per month so to get this for lifetime for $50 really is a no brainer!!

That all said, Im not sure I will be using it exclusively straight away (ive only played for an hour so might be wrong on some of these points);

1 - No call recordings (from what I can find) this is important for compliance and staff training etc. Seems standard for most voip setups out there so I hope its coming to yodel soon

2- I'd like the ability to have a pre recorded IVR, eg press 1 for this 2 for that. The reason is some callers might just want to leave a message so press 3 for voicemail. others might have an urgent issue (which I would forward to my personal mobile). Furthermore on this point, there is out of hours options but they seem limited by comparison. We run a 24hr business but the out of hours options are greatly reduced usually.

3- as mentioned elsewhere, a single popup is not enough if we have a client on the phone waiting for us to pickup! Id like something to actually ring!

4- the SMS logs dont seem to have any data of what actual messages were sent
