I have a question about Support that used to be somewhat responsive, but I looked at my Support ticket and it’s been two weeks. Nothing. I resent it again still nothing but I get this continuous stream of “buy more” and promotional emails. I also have not seen what has improved or what’s new since all of us on AppSumo purchased it because we don’t get any updates On the product, can you please clarify this is. Support is crucial when emails and landing pages and these types of features are crucial to a business.
@MOT2326 have you seen their promotional email are even sent by Intercom? They are not even using their own platform to send their own email campaigns. Just a waste of money and time.
Abi @ali_Niyaz has a point. Why are not using Zago for your own email and why are there so many complaints. You should hire someone for just support at least and fix the issues. This is untrustworthy and the promotional emails should stop if you can't support it properly. It's is unfair.

One of the Worst Purchases! No improvement to the tool since bought. No Support !! However got almost spammed to increase my quota with the provider. Tools like these put me in caution mode to see really where I should put my Money.

I get the message that the domain zagomail.co has expired.
Please fix. I have mailed support but as usual, no dice.

We use intercom like many other ESPs simply because it has some advanced CRM features
