Q: Can you please apply my Appsumo license to my existing zcal account?
I bought a license and got an error message when I tried to apply it, because I already had a zcal account. Now it's marked as redeemed in Appsumo, but not reflected in my zcal account. I checked with AppSumo and they confirmed that it's an issue on the zcal side; not something they can resolve.
So I need you to apply the lifetime+business license to my account. I sent your support an email about this as well, but received no reply, so I'm sending it here as well.

Thanks for the quick reply, Gurtaj. They said I have to either activate the AppSumo purchase using a different zcal account, or delete my account, recreate it, and then activate the AppSumo purchase. That stinks; it would be way too much work to recreate my entire account. Surely there must be a way you could manually apply it?
