Q: Looks great, but where is the support...?
Hands down, from what I can see, zcal looks awesome. It solves a pain point I feel myself — I really don’t like those generic-looking Calendly pages.
That said, I am concerned about the negative reviews on AppSumo. To be clear: I have no issue paying for a business add-on if the value is there — and overall, the value looks huge. What I do miss, though, is someone actively addressing those negative reviews.
Quite a few users mention poor or missing support, and even on AppSumo, many negative reviews only get responses months later. Great support is the #1 indicator of a great company. I really hope you can step things up here, because overall zcal looks fantastic. Any plans for improving your support?
