Q: Upgrading from Previously Bought

Hi there!

I am trying to upgrade from what I previously bought, which was a Tier One. I'm trying to get to tier 3 by adding the Business Plan to it.

How do I add the two new tiers (upgrade) and add the Business Plan? I'm not seeing a way to that. Thanks!

Why is zcal now "charging" a $99 add-on for features that were explicitly or implicitly promised as part of the original lifetime deal, and how does the company justify this change in terms to early supporters who purchased in good faith?
I don't see where the extra features are, custom email domains, custom email sender domains, and where do I see the text usage?
of the original deal that I also purchased because all updates were supposed to be included. Please see many of the most recent reviews of irritated buyers of the previous deal. thank you
