Nearly perfect scheduling software

I still use this over the other options I bought here, as well as versus software like calendly. It is simple, easy to use, always works, and looks professional.

The sms reminders are what keeps me from using my other options however, while there's nothing missing I feel other software is improving at a much faster rate in terms of customizability and features. I think if zcal is going to remain viable in the long term it needs to start adding features at a faster rate. The ones they are adding and improving however are the most important, and at this current moment they have the best ltd calendar out there. Please continue to add to this amazing software, particularly around branding/cname as it's becoming a necessity to be able to white label client facing applications in my opinion.

Terrible Customer Support

I was on Live Chat several times today trying to resolve an issue and had shockingly unprofessional responses twice and how quick they are to abandon customers without resolving the issue. This is 'cancel culture' of the customer at its worst!

I sent an email regarding the 1st person on the live chat and got a bounce back to the support email address.

I tried live chat again a little later, and no luck then either with the agent literally saying "I can't help you" and refused to respond any further with me.

The help article they sent me didn't address the issue I was writing about.

I last thing I wrote in the chat in frustration "I don't understand how a company can say to a Pro account user "I can't help you" and then abandon me. You are paid to help me until the issue I need help with is resolved!"

Beware of companies that hire customer support staff of a certain younger generation who cannot tolerate any level of uncomfortableness or discomfort and just stop working at providing customer service because they don't know how to communicate effectively, or don't now how to refer to someone else who might be able to help.

I even asked if there is anyone else on the Live Chat that I could speak with. No response. One hour later, still no response to my request to speak to someone else. It was clear they had already abandoned me and had no intention of responding to me.

I copied the transcript with the time of our exchange in case anyone in the company is interested in following up with a conversation with the agent, providing constructive criticism - or firing them for slacking on the job.

I was sceptical at first but then ....

I can't believe I lucked out with this product.
It does everything I need and the option to put a video on the booking is pretty cool.
I get comments all the time.
It's not perfect, but from a value exchange point of view it doesn't get any better.

Recommendation!

We not just like to use it the first day - it just proves itself everyday!

I am so happy with the purchase.

Even though it´s not perfect yet the customer service is really active trying to help us ASAP.

It has been pretty unfortunately that we first bought ZCAL on a yearly subscription first and then the Lifetime Access via AppSumo. They billed us on both purcheases without refund.

And still: 5 Tacos - we are happy and can only recommend the tool! :)

Without CNAME, I'll be requesting a refund

Hi, I've seen lots of requests for CNAME, and some vague wording about something coming at a higher tier sometime possibly maybe perhaps in the future if you can get to it. I bought tier 3 and have a couple weeks left to refund this, which I'll be doing if the CNAME isn't in place by then. Can you please confirm and commit to your development and timeline on this?
