I was in tier 2 and now i m in free plan, why? I can't make video.

- I am caught up with the latest ai models, and I can clearly tell that Zebracat is not updating models. I came back today to see how the app has progressed, and the quality of outputs are still very low and unusable. Images have 6 fingers. 3 arms. etc. There's no excuse for so much distortion at this point. Zebracat advertises newer models on their website, but they haven't touched the models they've set from when the deal was sold from over a year ago. Please make this app usable and upgrade the image model.
- They used to be able to run 6,000 words and 8-10 minute videos, but now they can only run a little over 1,000 words and 360 second videos. Are you kidding me?! They also said they could increase it to 15 minutes to half an hour, but now they're regressing?! - I purchased a level 2 license last year, and now I can not create any videos even though I've not use any credits this month. Is my license no longer valid?
- You have crippled our life time deals by changing the credit structure so we get less uses and not letting us use the Ai video in any way. Do you have any plans of looking at your altered credit structure to allow us to get the usage we paid for?
- Can I use my Zebracat account to create promotional videos for my clients?
