So I picked up this software even though I have another tool I love for this kind of thing but I love supporting tools I believe have potential. This tool definitely looked good enough and for the price it would definitely be worth it if they are able to do what they offer and more as they grow.

I watched all the videos and was really excited to give it a test on something I enjoy watching myself and I created my first video and at first glance it was pretty good. I enjoyed some of the scenes it choose and the text on screen popped really nicely and I just wanted to mess around changing the scenes to better match my script and that is where I ran in to trouble.

The AI prompt does not accept anything I feed it to change the script. Instead, it returns a grey box meaning nothing was delivered and I thought perhaps it was just a display glitch that would be fixed, I tried to apply that scene anyway hoping it would still display in the editor and in the video but I was wrong. The scene is indeed blank and broken and theres no way to fix it.

I wrote support hoping for a look at it and a fix and it has been crickets ever since.

I'm posting this here in hopes it was over looked, missed or what have you and give the team a chance to address it before I figure out if this is worth keeping.
