I hope that support will solve my problems so that I can export a video I created. Too few templates, too limited editor, too many errors, which doesn't unleash my creativity but limits my mind. It would be nice to have more than just AI for the texts. I would like to use my own texts, but that is very cumbersome and error-prone. I'll be happy to come back if the product is reliable, otherwise it's a time-waster and I'll be returning it.
