I really liked the idea of generating a short video instantly and saw great potential but got disappointed by the result.

First, they're facing big load problems. The interface is often reaaallly slow, sometimes to the point where it just does not load at all. Not even for AI stuffs but just to load a random page or look for something in the video stock library.

They let you customize your brand which looked really cool. So you enter your colors, the company name and your logo. I don't know where they use this information except for printing the logo at the end. The logo generally appears so fast that it seems more like a subliminal effect.

Either you let the default voice (or random one, I don't know) or you can choose the voice yourself. This is good but the voices are only identified by first names (which gives no information on the voice type) and the interface is really time consuming to listen to a couple different voices. Finally, I chose one male voice... and it wasn't the one used in the video. To be accurate, there was one female voice for the first part of the video and the male voice I chose for the second part. I could not change that. Why allow me to choose a voice if it's to set up a random different voice for half the video?

You have to be careful about some video choices in the stock library. I had an example where it said it showed happy people reading my newsletter and it was a guy reading a "missing child" announce in the journal...

The video stock is poor for videos in short format. If you choose a short format, you sometimes end up with most of the stock library videos in movie format so your entire video is tiny even compared to the screen of a phone.

All these glitches lead to making different trial and error but once you tried something and didn't get the expected result, you can't just modify one element and try again: it doesn't save your prompt, script, choice of voice or any other configuration element of your video. You have to configure all over again (and remember what was your wonderful script or go and get it in the last failed video). With the slow interface, I seemed to me everything took ages.

I am French so I tried to generate videos in French. In French, I could never get the caption generated.

All in all, everything I said could be acceptable while they're improving the service but what made me quit is the voice-over. The problem is not the quality of the voice itself, it's the diction. It's supposed to be a marketing video and I chose the happy mood but any voice I tried seemed like listening to a depressed robot reading my text. In English it was bad but in French it was much worse. I didn't even dare trying in Spanish, it was already so slow and boring in French.

Sorry for the negative review. At least I hope it helps improve the software for the future but it's not usable for me right now.
