Hi Abah. My Tier 2 lifetime account had become a free account. I emailed their support and got a single reply asking me to send them the invoice. I emailed them a PDF file and never got a reply from them after more than two weeks. Their support is not good based on my recent experience. I will hesitate to buy more liftetime licenses if there are no guarantees from the seller or Appsumo.
