I bought a Zemith Tier 2 lifetime license on Appsumo.com on March 10th 2025. Recently, I logged in my account at zemith.com and my account was shown as a free account. Kevin from Zemith replied to my support email and requested a copy of the invoice. I emailed a PDF file of the invoice but never got a reply and it had been two weeks since then. Can someone please look into it?
