Q: Does IT Work for German E-Mails @Filters and Mark Spam If even
They have very stromg internal Filters and Mark Spam Like @web.de, @t-online.de, @ GMX de if the User subscribed to my Newsletter they still Block.

Yes, our service works for any kind of email with any kind of domain.
We do validate emails from a neutral point of view. If you have some issues with certain domains blocking your newsletter I recommend you to investigate why this block happened and investigate everything from your end (reputation, server, blacklists etc.), which we have for our clients.
