While I understand many of the use cases, here is a very simple one that I wonder if possible. Can it automate responding to specific emails that meet certain criteria whether in the body or from field? Responding to client inquiries with scheduling links in outlook?

Another question is, can a bot be developed as an appointment scheduler? Or work alongside one to add packages and other options that a scheduler may not have?
