We have had a website built using Zion Builder, which is no longer loading on our site. We are unable to make any front end changes to the site.
We have tried lodging tickets to get support and have had no response.
How can we get a response so we can correct the issues, before I throw the whole website out and rebuild with a new builder that is actually supported and responsive?

HI Ron, Unfortunately I am just getting roadblocks from support. As I didn't purchase the Zion Builder through AppSumo they are unable to provide support. So as I am not getting responses from Zion Builder does anyone have any advice that I can follow please?
It says: "You can NOT use Zion Builder Pro or Zion Builder LTD in WordPress Themes, in SaaS services or any commercial projects....You are allowed to use it for clients that you are building a custom website for or doing custom work on an existing website."
In one sentence, it says you can not use Zion Builder LTD in any commercial projects and in another it says you are allowed to use it for...

A: There are 2 restrictions.
1. You are not allowed to use the pro version bundled with themes and sell them on marketplaces like Envato. 2. You are not allowed to use the pro version in SaaS projects like Hosting services where you give a free license to your clients.
"What if I create a unique, custom-made website using Zion Builder LTD, can I then sell that website?" Yes you can as long as it doesn't brake rule 1. and you are not selling the license.
If you are selling only the exported files from Zion Builder then you can definitely sell them anywhere you want because it is your work.
Thank you for the clarification. That's what I thought, but the wording on the TOS page was confusing. That sounds very reasonable and the LTD seems like an incredibly good deal!
Q: I noticed on the roadmap that updates were being made fairly frequently up until August when they seem to have slowed or stopped.
Am I missed reading the roadmap? Thanks in advance for any clarification as I am interested in purchasing it if the previous development pace were to continue.

A: Hi, I just answered this question beneath. We are working on a major UX update which you can test here https://zionbuilder.io/improving-ui-ux/ or on our discord server. So this is way the delay. Once the 3.0 will be released we will release normal updates once at 2 weeks as usual.

A: We usually release updates every 2 weeks but right now we are working on a major update and its normal to take longer. Neither sell the license on fiver for $5. Because we've seen this behavior also.
