Hey Sumo-lings, we made a change based on your feedback 👋

When you run out of AI replies, Zipchat will no longer reject new incoming messages. Instead, conversations automatically move to Manual Mode so you can continue replying without interruption.

What’s new:

• New messages are no longer blocked when AI replies are exhausted

• Conversations automatically move to Manual Mode so you can reply manually

• The bubble chat is temporarily hidden when AI replies run out

• The bubble chat is automatically re-enabled once AI replies are renewed

• You can override the automatic hiding and keep the bubble chat visible if you want to handle live chats manually

This makes reply limits much less disruptive, so you can continue supporting customers even after your AI replies are exhausted.

You asked, we delivered — again. Some of you are running high-volume stores and need even more headroom.

So we're adding two new tiers:

•⁠ ⁠License Tier 8 — 20,000 monthly replies

•⁠ ⁠License Tier 9 — 25,000 monthly replies

These are for stores where AI is handling serious traffic — think peak seasons, multiple storefronts, or high-engagement categories where every conversation counts.

You can upgrade while the deal is live — just change your plan directly from your AppSumo account. No need to contact us.
