Your lack of ability to grab a phone number from a visitor, and your response about not seeing this need, concerns me. Every single one of my clients looks to get both tele and email from visitors, not making the tele field mandatory, but if prospects provides it, silly to not take it. Then your replies focus on whatsapp... which only has a 30% penetration in the US, and those are mostly people doing global communication. Useless and a detriment to use this on a North American site. I'd like to purchase this app, looking at level 4, but I can't implement it if it doesn't also grab phones numbers. I'm hoping that I've just misunderstood something?

It’s not so much a limitation in terms of capability, but rather a feature we haven’t prioritized yet, as our product team has been focused on other more requested key initiatives, such as launching additional channels (Email, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
North America is actually one of our core markets, where we support hundreds of active customers. While WhatsApp penetration in the U.S. is around 30%, that still represents approximately 100 million active users. We also have several brands successfully leveraging WhatsApp Business in the U.S., seeing strong engagement and results.
That said, your feedback is absolutely valuable. I’ve already shared it with our product team so it can be considered in our roadmap discussions. At this stage, however, I’m not able to commit to a specific timeline for adding phone number collection to our lead generation form.

Thanks. FYI Statistics are misleading, 30% = 100M but your market is not the 100M. Your market is business owners under 15M rev, (about 1M). whatsapp?, only 1% of those 1M sell global. So, a product for 1M targets, or just the 10,000. I don't have clients that sell globally, I'll ignore the whatsapp. whatsapp is for global comm, they'll tell you that themselves.
