Q: Limits
Hi!
Zipchat looks awesome. I want to clarify on two things.
1) Replies Per Month
2) Pages Chat Can Learn
3) Number of websites.
Do these limits apply to every website we deploy or all of them?
And, about no.3, do websites mean different businesses? Like, I can deploy different chats with different AI to different business?

All limits are shared across your entire account — not per website. So if you're on the Tier 4 with 2600 replies/month and 10 websites, those 2,600 replies are split across all 10 websites combined. Same goes for the pages limit.

Yes, exactly! Each website slot is fully independent — it can be a completely different business with its own domain, its own AI instructions, its own branding, language, welcome message, etc. So if you have 10 website slots, you could run 10 totally different businesses, each with their own customized AI chatbot.
And about "Replies Per Month", is it referring to each reply, or each conversation per visitor?"
Like there were 1000 visitors interacted with the AI, and the replies are based on number of visitors who interacted with the AI?
It's counted per individual AI reply, not per conversation or visitor.
So if one visitor has a back-and-forth with the AI and gets 10 responses, that's 10 replies used from your monthly quota.
Quick math: On average, about 5% of website visitors interact with the chat, and each conversation is roughly 3 replies. So if your site gets 10,000 visitors/month → ~500 chat with the AI → ~1,500 replies
